In-person reservations may charge a non-refundable reservation fee once pass issuance and anti-fraud checks complete, except where required by law or merchant non-fulfillment.
Remaining in-person balance is charged only after customer scan-confirmation at merchant desk.
Digital purchases are refundable where the merchant declines or fails to fulfill within stated update window, subject to processor dispute rules.
